The typical work week is 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
On occasion overtime may be required but is the exception and not the rule.

Painter I

Entry level position that will be trained in all aspects of painting fasteners. Ability to transition to Painter II position in 3-6 months. Perform daily duties assigned by supervisors

Essential Duties:

  • Safely handle and mix paint and thinner according to established procedures
  • Ability to wear a respirator and work in a paint room environment
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift
  • Effectively and efficiently paint product per specification

Qualifications (Education and Experience)

  • Prior experience in an industrial paint booth wearing a respirator while painting product preferred

Quality Auditor

This person will be responsible for performing various quality functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including:

  • Incoming inspection of parts and raw materials to verify conformance to specification. This requires the use of basic equipment such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, weld gauges, etc.
  • Regular audits of production processes such as steel cutting, welding, assembly, etc., to ensure process and product conformity.
  • Final inspection of product to ensure completion and accuracy of order.

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

  • a high level of attention to detail,
  • the ability to process inspection reports and maintain organization,
  • the ability to make decisions and work with minimum supervision and direction,
  • basic to intermediate computer skills including the use of Microsoft office, email, etc.

Position Description:
This position is responsible for managing the supply chain for specific customers and/or products.

  • Overall management of the supply chain to support our customer’s demand. This includes domestic and international suppliers along with domestic fabrication.

This position requires someone skilled and experienced in gas metal arc welding (MIG). Must be detail oriented and consistently produce quality products per the specifications. Must be able to effectively operate all equipment/tools associated with welding (i.e., welders, grinders, measuring tools, etc.).
